A Drug to End Drug Addiction-

I think we should be finding cures for Cancer and other diseases that people had no choice in the matter. People that do drugs made a choice to do them and I think the injection is a quick fix. The injection stops the addictive substance from going to your brain.....so if it does that cant you just contnue to do drugs and not get addicted. A lot of people go to rehab and do the 12 step program and dont do drugs anymore. If that works then why do we need an injection to "cure" addiction.


Dreams-

One night I dreamed that I was trapped in a cage at the zoo. It was the cage where the elephants live. And Dumbo was there; he was flying. Then he crashed in the lions den. They all circled around me. Then sudden Tarzan came down and saved him. They both came back to the elephants cage and to show our apperciation we had a huge meal. Then one of the lions got out and came and killed us all. :(

Optical Illusions

My favorite optical illusion is the one where the line look crooked but when you put your mouse on it the back ground goes away and the lines that make up the square are actually straight.

When you look at it with the background the box in the middle seems jagged but that is because on the background the gray boxes just makes the lines on the red square off but they are perfectly straight.


I like this one too because I think it looks interesting. I like the black and white colors they picked because I think it works better than with any other colors. This optical Illusion is asking if the center circles are the same size. They are. You may think the one on the left is bigger but that is because its surrounded with smaller dots. Which makes the center dot look bigger and vice versa for the one on the right.

My results for Brain Works Personal Evaluation

-balanced between left and right side
-feel more conflict
-hindrance to learning efficiently
-problem with organization -i see the big picture of things -second-guess myself I think some of the results are correct but some I do not agree with. I don't really ever second guess myself or the organization thing. I agree with me being able to seeing the bigger picture.I think I can use these results in school by knowing that I need a mixture of learning techniques to retain information.I have no idea if this agrees with me career path.

The Psychology of the Election

How much do you think "Change" will materialize?
Many think that the "Change" which was Obama's major platform will mean a whole new America.
There are others that think "Change" is all in peoples' heads and come January, everything will be just as bad as it is right now.
What do you think?



I think change will not happen for probably the first half of Obama's term. He cant change America over night. It will take time. I dont think America is going to change in any extreme way. It will probably be small changes that dont really matter. Change comes from us if we want something different its our responsibility.
